Class BBQ

ORGANISERS WILL keep the money for those people not going. Then we'll only use if there isn't enough money, if not we'll return. ( 'CAUSE THAT TIME WE ALREADY STATE THAT THERE IS NO REFUNDS. )

Date: 19 June 2010

Venue: Pasir Ris Park, Area 4, Pit 49

(Those who don’t know how to go, meet me at Pasir Ris Bus Interchange Bus 403 at 1 pm.)

Time: 1 pm to 9.30 pm (10 ++ pm – Optional)

Events:

1) Cycling/Roller Blading/Playing at the Playground: 1 pm to 3 pm

2) Water Bomb: Between 3 pm to 4 pm

3) Dare or Dare: Between 6 pm to 9 pm

4) BBQ: Between 6 pm to 9 pm

5) Night Walk: Between 9 pm to 10 ++ pm

*Please note that all the time is estimated.

Materials:

· Tongs: Provided by Malays

· Scissors: Provided by Malays (If utensils as such are not brought the malays CANNOT makan!)

K, so as some of you might know, I AM PLANNING A 1R5'09 REUNION BBQ cum (DON’T THINK WRONG) 2R5 GATHERING AT PASIR RIS PARK.

Details:

- 12 or 19 June 2010 (Both Saturdays)

- Pasir Ris Park Area 2 Pits 29-33

- 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. (You can come at any time you want)

- BUDGET : $10 / PERSON = $350 (Eg: if 35 people are going)

Things needed:

- BBQ pit : $350 - $20 = $330

- Charcoal + Metal Gauze + Fuel : $330 - $15 = $315

- Fork + Spoon + Plate + Garbage Bag + Aluminium Foil :

$315 - $25 = $290

- Food + Beverage : $290

- Water Bomb(Only if 25 people and above going) :

$290 - $10 = $280

Food and Beverages:

- Crab Meats

- Hot dogs

- Fishballs (Don’t think wrong)

- Marshmellows

- Chicken Wings (Soy sauce and other sauces – Provided by malays)

- F&N

- Sprite

- Coke

These are just examples.

Things provided:

- Tongs

- Metal Stewers

These are needed to be provided by the Malays.
